Summer Night Sessions at Mont Orgueil Castle 2026: Sunset DJs in an 800-Year-Old Fortress

What are the Summer Night Sessions?

Run by Jersey Heritage at the 13th-century Mont Orgueil Castle in Gorey, the Summer Night Sessions are a monthly open-air evening of Ibiza-style sunset DJ music, set in the Middle Ward of the castle. Resident DJs Simon Gasston and Warren Le Sueur play relaxed sets from 6.30 pm until sundown — bring your own picnic, blanket, wine and folding chair, and watch the sun drop behind the castle keep.

How to get to Mont Orgueil from Jersey Airport

Mont Orgueil sits above Gorey harbour on Jersey's east coast — about 14 km from Jersey Airport (JER), a 17-minute drive. The castle has a small car park 5 minutes' walk below the entrance; parking fills by 6 pm on session evenings.
