Coach & minibus partner terms

These terms apply when you apply to join oHoTaxis (PRAGIRA LONDON LTD) as a coach or minibus partner.

1. Your application

Applying does not guarantee approval or any volume of work. We may accept or decline any application. You confirm the information you give us is true and complete, and you will tell us promptly if it changes.

2. Licences, vehicles and drivers

• You must hold every licence and permit that the law of the country you operate in requires to carry paying passengers, and keep them valid.
• Every vehicle you use must be registered, roadworthy and have passed any inspection required locally.
• You must hold insurance that covers your passengers, and public liability insurance.
• Every driver must be licensed for the vehicle they drive and follow local rules on driving hours and rest.

We check your licence and ask for copies of your documents before you receive work.

3. Work and pricing

We send you quote requests for jobs. You quote a price for each job, and you are free to decline. A job is only yours once we confirm it to you in writing. There is no commission or rate card at sign-up.

4. Subcontracting

You must not pass a job we give you to another operator without our written agreement.

5. Your data

We use the details in your application to review it, check your licence, contact you and, if approved, set up your supplier account. See our privacy notice for how we handle personal data.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your application; we will tell you before any new version applies to you.
